Our Ulysses blue butterfly wind chimes make a lovely accent in your garden, patio or as an ornament in your home or as a memorial. It is accented with crystal, glass beads, copper and stained glass chimes with copper mountings. The wind chime measures approximately 4 1/4 inches wide by 14 inches long. The material we make our butterflies with is a specialty synthetic that is waterproof, tear proof, color fast and can withstand extreme temperature variations. The manufacturer of this material even has man-on-the-street challenges where they challenge people to tear the material and they can't do it. We make the beaded strands on nylon coated stainless steel cable so that they stand the test of time. We make a quality product intended to last for many years of enjoyment. So, go ahead and hang it outside and enjoy it. In the event that a bead, accent piece, or glass color becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to make a similar substitution. The butterfly itself will not be changed. We also have customers who hang them in their homes in windows or in front of a fan or air duct. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase as well as a photograph of the damaged item. The following items can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for: Custom or personalized orders Perishable products (like food or flowers) Digital downloads Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons) Conditions of return Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived at its original shipping destination damaged. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. To start a return, you can contact us through the Etsy messaging system. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Refunds will be made for your purchase price of the product(s) and applicable taxes, minus adjustment for damages if needed. Refunds will not be made for shipping fees if the item is not being returned due to damage. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
