RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

We gladly accept returns and exchanges in the event that your item has been damaged during shipment. You will need the receipt or proof of purchase as well as a photograph of the damaged item.

We don't accept cancellations. But please contact us if you have any
problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food, plants or flowers)
Digital downloads
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Conditions of return
Sellers are responsible for return shipping charges if the order is damaged during shipping. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived at its original shipping destination damaged. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

To start a return, you can contact us through our "Email Us" link at the top of every page. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Refunds will be made for your purchase price of the product(s) and applicable taxes, minus adjustment for damages if needed. Refunds will not be made for shipping fees if the item is not being returned due to damage.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the
item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can
evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you
have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
