This beautiful silver filigree hair comb is accented with aqua (turquoise) Van Gogh stained glass. One of our customers wears her combs tucked in above her braided updos and the effect is stunning. This comb is 2 1/2 inches wide and 2 inches deep. It looks beautiful in a sidesweep or updo.

Van Gogh stained glass is known for its rich, intense colors and amazing texture and patterns. Van Gogh stained glass starts as a clear piece of glass. A layer of thick, specialized glue is applied to the surface, and as the glue dries, it pulls up the surface of the glass, physically etching the glass and resulting in the beautiful frosty, feathery patterns you see in the glass. The amazing color comes from automobile paint. We create the finished piece with our own specialized process.

Because the patterns vary so much from piece to piece, your Van Gogh accessories may be considered one of a kind. While the patterns inside the glass will vary, the basic colors or combination of colors will be as pictured.
