Due to the nature of the process, each piece of Van Gogh stained glass is one-of-a-kind, with patterns varying from piece to piece. While the patterns may differ, the basic colors or combinations will be as pictured, ensuring a truly unique accessory for you to cherish.
Production time (the time it takes us to make this product) before shipping is 7 business days. If your order includes items with differing production times, the longest production time in the order will apply. In the event that a bead, accent piece, or glass bead color becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to make a similar substitution. If you need an item shipped before the posted production time, please contact us to see if that will be possible. Shipping is USPS First Class.

We gladly accept returns and exchanges in the event that your item has been
damaged during shipment. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase as well as a photograph of the damaged item.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Digital downloads
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived at its original shipping destination damaged. If the item is not
returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss
in value.
To start a return, you can contact us through the "Email Us" link at the top of every page in our website. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If
approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Refunds will be made for your purchase price of the product(s) and
applicable taxes, minus adjustment for damages if needed. Refunds will not
be made for shipping fees if the item is not being returned due to damage.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company
to process and post the refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the
item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can
evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as
food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or
personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We
also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or
gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your
specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you
have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new
item.
