Due to the nature of the process, each piece of Van Gogh stained glass is one-of-a-kind, with patterns varying from piece to piece. While the patterns may differ, the basic colors or combinations will be as pictured, ensuring a truly unique accessory for you to cherish.
Production time (the time it takes us to make this product) before shipping is 7 business days. If your order includes items with differing production times, the longest production time in the order will apply. In the event that a bead, accent piece, or glass bead color becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to make a similar substitution. If you need an item shipped before the posted production time, please contact us to see if that will be possible. Shipping is USPS First Class.

We gladly accept returns and exchanges in the event that your item has been
damaged during shipment. You will need the receipt or proof of purchase as well as a photograph of the damaged item.

Sellers are responsible for return shipping charges if the order is damaged during shipping. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived at its original shipping destination damaged.
