Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived at its original shipping destination damaged. If the item is not
returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss
in value.
To start a return, you can contact us through the Etsy messaging system. If
your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to
send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return
will not be accepted. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected
your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If
approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Refunds will be made for your purchase price of the product(s) and
applicable taxes, minus adjustment for damages if needed. Refunds will not
be made for shipping fees if the item is not being returned due to damage.
